Job Type: Full-time
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize CRM software to update payment statuses efficiently
- Promptly escalate issues to team leaders as necessary
- Process payments through various channels including web portals and phone interactions with Customer Service representatives from Insurance Providers
- Monitor and report on daily workload and progress
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Possess a friendly and calm demeanor when interacting on the phone
- Ability to communicate confidently and clearly
- Strong command of spoken English
Education & Experience:
A High School Diploma or a minimum of three years in a comparable role is required.
