Customer Care Specialist Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Care Specialist Intern to join our team at Elo Touch Solutions. As a Customer Care Specialist Intern, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist existing team members with customer care and RMA services inbox management
  • Analyze communication volumes and create metrics around response time and issue resolution
  • Research CRM tools to implement
  • Provide support to the Customer Care organization with order entry and issue resolution
  • Assist existing team to troubleshoot issues that may cause customer order delays

Requirements:

  • Completion or working towards a bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field from an accredited institution
  • Previous experience in customer-facing internships or co-op positions is a plus
  • Highly experienced with MS tools (SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JDE, MS Dynamics), Salesforce, or CRM software is a plus
