About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for answering partner inquiries, problem solving, and providing assistance to Partner Services teams. You will assess problems accurately, provide first contact resolution, and meet & drive KPIs set by the business. You will also communicate with other departments, participate in weekly meetings, and act as a Subject Matter Expert for newly onboarded AST Specialists.
Responsibilities- Answer partner inquiries and problem solve via emails, voice calls, and chat.

- Participate in refresher sessions and training and self-learning about systems and processes.
