Our Annuity Associates provide an exceptional customer experience to distribution channels—agents or agencies—by ensuring life insurance applications are processed with speed, precision, and a caring approach that offers our customers peace of mind. In addition to evaluating basic life insurance risks, you will empower our clients by supplying information, assisting in resolving application issues, and collaborating with the team to achieve our full potential and deliver results.

A typical day involves the Underwriting Assistant / Case Manager evaluating medical, non-medical, and financial risk factors while determining the appropriate rating for life applications, managing applications in workflow systems, collaborating within a team, and effectively communicating with agents/agencies via phone, email, and CRM. You will serve as the primary liaison with the producing agent(s)/agency throughout the life cycle of each application.

Successful Candidates We're Seeking

  • You possess 2+ years of professional experience interacting with customers in the life insurance and/or annuity sectors.
  • You are enthusiastic about working for a company with a cause-driven culture.
  • A college degree is preferred but not mandatory; we value high-quality skills, experience, and a positive attitude as much as formal education.
  • You must be able to successfully pass a background check that may include fingerprinting.
