Systems Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Support Associate to join our team at Aleron. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate with customer IT departments to add copier devices to their networks for scanning
- Add print drivers to customer networks
- Set up customer email
- Create accounting codes
- Create file pathways for scanning to network locations
- Previous technical experience in networking and printing environments
- Working knowledge of basic PC hardware and software
- Network devices (hubs, switches, routers)
- Able to demonstrate good organizational skills and prioritize work efficiently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interact with diverse customer populations
- Ability to take responsibility for and ensure customer satisfaction
- Professional problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to project schedule needs and achieve on-time project completion
- Ability to handle change under pressure
- Strong negotiation skills
- Competency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work efficiently without direct supervision
- Excellent presentation skills
