Job Title: Forklift Driver

We are seeking a skilled Forklift Driver to join our Warehouse team at PIM Brands in Somerset, NJ. As a Forklift Driver, you will be responsible for operating department equipment, including forklifts, pick-up trucks, and box trucks, to coordinate material transfers between warehouses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Unload inbound shipments safely and move product to storage locations
  • Efficiently stack and store merchandise in the appropriate areas
  • Report food safety and quality issues to Plant management and SQFP
  • Follow PIM Brands GMP rules and monitor fellow employees for adherence
  • Inventory evaluations, cycle counting, and monitoring inventory
  • Ensure accurate and damage-free inbound and outbound shipments
Requirements:
  • High School education or equivalent work experience
  • Clean driving record and Forklift license in good standing
  • Strong organization and coordination skills
  • Able to read and write English
  • Attentive to detail
  • Forklift Certified
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • RF Scan Gun experience
  • Must be available to work weekends
Work Environment:

The job will be performed in a manufacturing plant with a busy and noisy environment. Hair net, beard net, assigned work uniform, protective eye wear, and gloves are required.
