Aircraft Maintenance Specialist Job Description

Job Summary:

NANA Regional Corp is seeking an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As an Aircraft Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing aircraft structures and structural components, as well as troubleshooting and repairing aircraft mechanical components.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair aircraft structures and structural components
  • Troubleshoot and repair aircraft mechanical components
  • Apply technical knowledge of airframe and power plant systems to determine equipment malfunctions and restore equipment condition and operation
  • Lead teams through complex aircraft relevant tasks and make entries in aircraft logs and records
  • Prioritize workload to maintain schedules on assigned projects

Qualifications:

  • 6 years of rotary wing aviation maintenance experience
  • Thorough knowledge of aircraft mechanical component troubleshooting, repair procedures, and replacement of parts
  • Broad knowledge of aircraft sheet metal/structural modifications and repair
  • Basic knowledge of electrical theory
  • Working knowledge of technical publications
  • Knowledgeable with ACN and IETM'S
  • Good leadership skills, including strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and capable of prioritizing workload to meet aircraft delivery schedules

Requirements:

  • U.S. citizenship with an active clearance Secret or higher or the ability to get one
