Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret maintenance manuals, service bulletins, technical data, and engineering data to determine feasibility and method of repairing or replacing malfunctioning or damaged components.
- Repair, replace, and rebuild aircraft structures, such as wings and fuselage, and functional components, including rigging, surface controls, plumbing, and hydraulic units.
- Use hand tools, power tools, machines, and equipment, such as shears, sheet metal brake, welding equipment, rivet gun, and drills.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 250 flight hours required.
- CH/MH-47 or civilian experience preferred.
- Documented Military/DOD Service School or Civilian/FAA equivalent training desired.
- Current and Active Secret Level Security Clearance.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
