Additionally, you will be tasked with delivering progress reports, offering support to participants, and addressing queries during standard business hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and assemble detailed online training modules centered on lean process improvement specifically for the healthcare sector.
- Guarantee the provision of captivating self-paced training materials, including multimedia content, templates, case studies, and worksheets.
- Facilitate engaging learning experiences to boost participant interaction and the practical application of lean principles.
- Collaborate closely with the program manager and the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) to provide monthly updates and comprehensive evaluations of participant progress.
- Assist users with any technical difficulties and inquiries during regular operating hours to ensure a seamless educational experience.
- Monitor user progress, providing insights on effective content utilization and engagement to the designated contact person.
- Manage and grant access to training resources, ensuring that participants can easily find necessary materials.
- Oversee a minimum of 100 active subscriptions, ensuring uninterrupted access to the training platform for all users.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as healthcare administration, education, or instructional design.
- Proven experience in creating and delivering online training modules, particularly within the healthcare or lean process improvement sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of lean methodologies and their application in healthcare settings.
- Skilled in developing engaging and interactive training materials, including multimedia content, templates, and worksheets.
