Standard Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

In the role of Administrative Assistant, you will deliver high-level support to executives throughout the organization and collaborate with various professionals within GXO operations to meet strategic and operational objectives. You will have the necessary support to excel in your position and the resources to build a career you can take pride in.

Typical Responsibilities:


• Develop, maintain, and disseminate various reports for the Fleet Maintenance Department


• Organize and coordinate travel plans, manage expenses, and oversee schedules


• Arrange meetings, secure meeting spaces, and handle follow-up tasks


• Coordinate various internal and external events


• Communicate effectively with leadership, team members, and other departments


• Commit to process excellence by ensuring the accurate and efficient execution of procedures

Qualifications for Success at GXO:

Minimum Requirements:


• At least 1 year of experience in administrative support


• Proficiency in arranging travel logistics


• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint


• Familiarity with various administrative functions


• Ability to manage moderately complex tasks requiring discretion and independent judgment


• Capability to work independently, maintain confidentiality when necessary, produce accurate results, and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work or military experience


• A minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative support
