Stange Law Firm, PC is currently seeking applications for a full-time Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the Recruiting Director at the Firm's office.

The position operates from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. This role offers full-time employment with hourly compensation and benefits. The hourly wage ranges from $17 to $19.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in reaching out to and interviewing candidates for various employment opportunities (both full-time and part-time).
  • Support the management of the Applicant Tracking System for candidates.
  • Help in the posting and upkeep of available job openings at Stange Law Firm.
  • Provide insights and evaluations regarding job candidates, including conducting background checks, verifying references, and ensuring that assessments and applications are completed.
  • Perform human resources tasks as required.
  • Contribute to the Firm's objectives through effective collaboration with colleagues and foster strong relationships with community members and prospective employees.
  • Execute any other reasonable tasks as assigned.

Our Ideal Candidate will have:
  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field, or be in the process of obtaining one.
  • A specialization in Human Resources or Recruiting, or equivalent experience.
  • Some knowledge and/or experience in Recruiting or Staffing.
