Position Overview

The role of Production Planning & Inventory Control Associate is essential in supporting the Plasma Receiving, Planning, and Operations teams. This position entails various administrative and functional responsibilities associated with plasma processing and the delivery of materials to manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Conduct data entry utilizing the Accounting System Database (SAP) and/or SGP.
  • Prepare and manage PU/PL labels, tracking their return from manufacturing.
  • Utilize Excel for data entry and reporting to assist in inventory management and oversight.
  • Provide administrative support, including supply ordering and maintaining accurate records.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • A minimum of one year of relevant experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in proprietary software, Microsoft Word, and Excel is essential. Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary, with an emphasis on influencing internal teams to address urgent matters. The ability to work independently and assess situations for potential risks is crucial. Attention to detail is a must, along with the capability to lift up to 20 pounds periodically.
