Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the overall success of our residential properties, ensuring exceptional resident satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals, while controlling expenses and maintaining accurate financial reporting.
  • Staff Development and Management: Recruit, train, and motivate on-site employees to deliver exceptional resident experiences, while promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Property Appearance and Upkeep: Ensure the property is well-maintained, clean, and secure, conducting regular inspections to identify areas for improvement.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional resident service, responding to concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business preferred.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of residential management experience or a combination of education and experience.
  • Physical and Cognitive Abilities: Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 40 pounds.
