Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute training events for our federal clients, ensuring a seamless attendee experience.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for participants, clients, and vendors, providing exceptional communication and issue-resolution skills.
  • Set up and break down learning spaces, utilizing team/pod style arrangements with learning resources, tools, and technologies.
  • Support facilitators and learners during training activities, ensuring learner needs are met and providing administrative support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Valid U.S. driver's license and passport (or eligibility for a passport).
  • Three years of progressive experience in professional or international development.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in technology, social media, and online collaboration platforms, including Google and Microsoft products.
  • Ability to work in a team with a positive attitude and willingness to help when needed.

  • Self-starter, motivated, and organized.
  • Fluency in a language in addition to English.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills, comfortable interacting with clients, executives, and diplomats.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, adapt to change, and respond to shifts in priorities and schedules.
