About the Role

This role involves working closely with clients to plan and secure pre-arranged funeral services, providing exceptional guidance and support throughout the process. You'll be responsible for maintaining thorough knowledge of our services and products, developing strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets through effective consultation and service.

Responsibilities
  • Client Care: Provide empathetic and professional guidance to families in planning pre-arranged funeral services, ensuring their needs and preferences are met.
  • Service Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our services and products to effectively assist clients and provide informed recommendations.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences to deliver personalized service.
  • Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed sales targets by delivering exceptional consultation and service, resulting in increased revenue and client satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Communication: Report daily to the manager on activities, sales, and client interactions, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration within the team.
Requirements
  • A valid Insurance license is required for this role.
  • A Funeral director license is mandatory for this position.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are essential for building strong relationships with clients.
  • The ability to work independently and be highly self-motivated is crucial for success in this role.
  • An empathetic approach to supporting clients during difficult times is vital.
