As a participant in our internship program, you will:

Internship Roles Available

The Boeing Business Internship Program (BBIP) offers roles for students pursuing non-Engineering degrees within the Industrial Engineering sector. Opportunities are available across all Business Units, including Commercial Airplanes, Defense, Space and Security, Boeing Global Services, and Corporate. These positions provide a comprehensive understanding of the Aerospace Manufacturing landscape, allowing interns to explore the entire production process from supply chain readiness to customer delivery.

Work Environment

Some internship positions may be hybrid, requiring a mix of onsite and remote work, while others may be fully virtual or entirely onsite. Candidates should be prepared for varying work arrangements based on team requirements.

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:

  • Enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program with an expected graduation date after August 2025.
  • Availability to work full-time for 10-12 weeks during the summer.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A strong passion for the aerospace industry and a keen interest in pursuing a career at Boeing.
  • Academic excellence, with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Previous internships or relevant work experience, along with involvement in student or community organizations.
  • Majoring in fields such as Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Project Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
  • Willingness to telecommute and the ability to relocate for onsite work.
