Eligibility Criteria for a Phillips 66 Internship:

Basic Requirements:
  • Legally authorized to work in the country of the job posting
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Mathematics/Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or pursuing a Master's degree in Economics, Finance, or an MBA
  • At least 60 college credit hours completed
  • Graduation date must be in the future
  • Available for a minimum of ten continuous weeks
  • Willingness to work at our headquarters
Preferred Qualifications:
  • A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
  • Prior internship or co-op experience in a related field
  • Strong analytical capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
