We are seeking an organized and caring individual to join our team as our office manager, driving our commitment to exceptional in-home mental health care.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage patient records and ensure accurate and timely processing.

Coordinate referrals and incoming and outgoing record requests.

Communicate with pharmacies and facilities to ensure seamless operations.

Verify insurance coverage and maintain accurate patient information.

Registration and portal registration, scheduling, and facilitating conversations between providers and families or care providers.

Process incoming faxes and answer general phone lines.

Manage medical billing cycles, daily claims submissions, ERA postings, and monthly patient statements.

Host monthly staff meetings and maintain accurate meeting notes.

Requirements:

One year of medical billing experience.

One year of medical reception experience.

One year of provider credentialing experience.

One year of experience with EHR electronic health records.

Preferred qualifications include grant writing experience.

Benefits:

Day shift, 20-25 hours per week based on business need.

Remote work option.

All federal holidays off.

Starting pay at $20 per hour with regular raises based on successful performance.

Higher starting pay with extensive experience.

401k immediately.

Paid time off - 10 hours the first 6 months with a
