Data Compliance and Monitoring Professional

The Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) is seeking a skilled Data Compliance and Monitoring Specialist to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and reviewing financial transactions/data on an enterprise-wide basis to prevent and detect errors and fraud and to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, policies, and internal control requirements.
The incumbent will review financial transactions and documentation for accuracy, perform analysis of large datasets, develop metrics and standards to monitor compliance processes, and perform oversight reviews. They will also work with business units to identify root causes of observations.
Minimum qualifications include four (4) years of progressive work experience performing related duties and responsibilities, such as employing data discovery techniques to analyze large amounts of complex financial data, identifying trends, patterns, and areas of risk to enhance data security, developing performance-based metrics to evaluate processes, and making recommendations to management to improve efficiency and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
