Office Coordinator Lead

Storm One Claims LLC in Sarasota seeks an experienced and skilled Administrative Assistant to support our team. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and be able to work independently.
In this role, you will provide administrative support, assisting with tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence. You will also help maintain relationships with clients and partners, supporting marketing campaigns and claim payment calculations.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will work closely with our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a full-time position, working Monday-Friday, with an estimated hourly salary range of $18-23.
Responsibilities Include:
- Providing administrative support to team members.
- Maintaining relationships with contractors, HOA's, and other client sources.
- Supporting marketing campaigns and claim payment calculations.
- Coordinating with legal counsel to ensure accurate case handling.
Required Skills:
- 1+ year experience in insurance adjusting or related field (not required but preferred).
- Strong office management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Deadline and detail-oriented.
