Medical Office Coordinator

Job Overview: The Front Desk Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining the smooth operation of Gilbert Chiropractic Clinic's front office. This position requires a highly organized and customer-focused individual who can provide exceptional patient experiences, manage administrative tasks, and support treatment services.
Main Responsibilities- Patient Check-In: Greet patients warmly, check them in, and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff member.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records, perform data entry, and handle various administrative tasks.
- Treatment Assistance: Assist with patient treatments as needed and communicate effectively with staff members.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
- Experience: Two or more years of experience in a receptionist or similar role.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to work well within a team.
- Software Familiarity: Familiarity with computers and scheduling software.
