Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development: Lead efforts to identify and secure new business opportunities, with a particular focus on digital transformation projects. Leverage your network of contacts to generate leads and close high-value deals.

Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in targeted industries like finance, automotive, health, sports, FMCG, ensuring the company's digital transformation solutions are top-of-mind.

Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the digital transformation landscape. Use insights to guide strategic planning and decision-making.

Partnership Development: Establish and nurture strategic partnerships that can enhance the company's market position and drive growth. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver comprehensive solutions.

Digital UX/UI Expertise: Advocate for best practices in digital CX/UX/UI, ensuring that all digital transformation solutions are designed with the user experience in mind. Collaborate with product and design teams to create solutions that are both innovative and user-friendly.

Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed revenue targets through strategic sales efforts, identifying new revenue streams, and optimizing existing client relationships. Ability to report weekly and manage revenue pipeline

Qualifications:

Network: Extensive network across relevant industries, particularly within the Miami area and broader Florida region.

Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of digital and design products & services, with hands-on experience selling digital solutions, particularly those involving UX/UI design.

Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to influence and build credibility with senior executives and stakeholders.

Location: Based in Miami, with the ability to travel as needed.
