We emphasize a healthy work-life balance. This full-time role features a schedule of Monday and Thursday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Wednesday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and alternating Tuesdays and Fridays.

Your Responsibilities

As the Lead Patient Coordinator - Front Desk Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in the front desk operations of our practice. Your daily tasks will include warmly welcoming patients, efficiently managing appointment schedules, and ensuring the seamless operation of the practice from the moment the first patient arrives until the last one departs. You will provide outstanding customer service with every interaction, manage the practice's workflow with accuracy, and address any challenges with effective solutions. Additionally, you will oversee practice collections and production, ensuring that every patient's experience is positive and smooth. Your guidance will help patients navigate their treatment plans, always focusing on enhancing their oral health and overall well-being.


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dental setting
  • Strong proficiency in computer skills
  • Exceptional customer service and teamwork abilities
  • Genuine passion for improving lives through dental care

Familiarity with Dentrix software and social media experience is advantageous.
