**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Studio Manager at Orangetheory Fitness, South Lyon. As a Studio Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the studio, leading a sales team to meet and exceed membership goals, and ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for our members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Studio Operations: Coordinate and execute initial and ongoing studio marketing and outreach events, manage overall studio operations, and ensure a clean and safe environment for our members.
  • Leadership and Management: Lead a sales team to meet and exceed membership goals, interview, hire, and onboard new sales associates, and create and manage work schedules for the sales team.
  • Customer Service: Handle member concerns in a professional and objective manner, and exhibit an enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly demeanor at all times.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones, and create engaging content for social media and other marketing channels.
  • Team Development: Lead by example as a team player, and foster a positive and supportive team culture that encourages collaboration and open communication.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of management experience in a sales, retail, or fitness environment.
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
  • Experience with social media and creative programs like Canva, etc. (preferred).
