Your Responsibilities

As the Lead Patient Coordinator - Front Desk Receptionist, you will play a pivotal role in managing the front desk operations of our practice. Your daily tasks will include warmly welcoming patients, efficiently coordinating appointment schedules, and ensuring the seamless operation of the practice from the moment patients arrive until their departure. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service at every opportunity, managing the flow of the practice with accuracy, and addressing any challenges with effective solutions. Additionally, you will oversee practice collections and production, ensuring that each patient's experience is positive and comprehensive. Your guidance will be essential in helping patients navigate their treatment plans, always with a focus on enhancing their oral health and overall well-being.


Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a dental setting
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Exceptional customer service and teamwork abilities
  • A genuine passion for making a difference in patients' lives beyond just insurance considerations

Familiarity with Dentrix software and experience with social media platforms is advantageous.
