About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Strategy Manager to join our team. As a key player in our customer support function, you will be responsible for driving strategic improvements and scaling our customer support operations to meet the demands of our growing user base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer support KPIs, including first response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the data team to analyze customer support data, identify trends, and inform improvement initiatives.
  • Design and implement a plan to elevate customer support to the next level, leveraging new tools and technologies, and working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Contribute to the improvement of our mobile app by bringing customer feedback and issues to the attention of our product and marketing teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer support strategy role or similar position.
  • Proficiency in reporting tools, such as Zendesk or other data visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment is a plus.
