Position Overview: The Renovation Operations Manager will oversee the renovation activities for our properties, ensuring that each project meets our high standards. This role requires a blend of leadership, project management, and technical skills to drive successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team responsible for property renovations, including inspections and bid submissions.
  • Supervise all aspects of property repairs, ensuring timely project completion and quality assurance.
  • Conduct thorough move-out and turnover inspections, identifying necessary repairs and upgrades.
  • Manage vendor relationships and hold contractors accountable for their work quality and timelines.
  • Document the renovation process with detailed before and after photographs.
  • Develop and manage budgets for renovation projects, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents throughout the renovation process.
  • Perform hands-on repairs as needed, including plumbing, electrical, and light carpentry work.
  • Maintain effective communication with team members and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 4+ years of experience in residential construction or a related field preferred.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in technology and comfortable using various software applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
