Job Title: Assistant Brand Manager

Enesco LLC is seeking an experienced Assistant Brand Manager to support the development and execution of marketing plans for our global brand portfolio. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness, market share, and consumer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute annual brand plans, including brand positioning, messaging, and marketing objectives.
  • Analyze historical product launch data, brand sales performance, market trends, consumer insights, and competitive activity.
  • Identify new product concepts and opportunities, collaborating with the product development team to manage the new product introduction process.
  • Manage the lifecycle of assigned brands and products, focusing on growth and profitability.
  • Evaluate the product and category portfolio, advising on changes to the overall portfolio.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management to support decision-making.
  • Support selling efforts as a brand ambassador for shows, events, promotions, and dedicated sales calls.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent brand communication across all touchpoints.
  • Support the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns across B2C and B2B platforms.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to draw conclusions, make recommendations, and present ideas to management.
  • Innovation and the ability to envision new programs, processes, and products.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and fundamentals of computer skills.
