At Option Care Health, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and marketing efforts in a specified territory, growing top-line revenue and margin of assigned therapies.
Key Responsibilities:- Research and develop sales strategies for assigned territory
- Present partnership opportunities to health system leaders and decision makers to drive new business growth
- Quantify value of partnership and financial/economic terms to decision makers
- Prioritize accounts based on total potential, current referrals, likely profitability, service needs, and probability of success
- Communicate sales strategies to key internal partners and manage multiple internal and external relationships
- Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of sales experience; pharmaceutical or healthcare sales preferred
- Experience applying Sales and Marketing principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products and services
- Experience with analyzing and reporting sales data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results
- Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel and basic level skill in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
Willing to travel at least 75% of the time for business purposes
