Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and prepare patients for provider visits, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Obtain and record vital signs and other required information into our electronic health record (EHR) system.
  • Order, record, and administer immunizations, updating the state immunization registry with accurate information.
  • Collect and process lab specimens, performing tasks within your level of training and expertise.
  • Administer approved medications and vaccines under the supervision of our providers.
  • Inform patients of lab or test results, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
  • Prepare and maintain examination rooms, ensuring a clean and safe environment for patients.
  • Monitor provider in/out boxes and EHR task filters, ensuring tasks are completed daily.
  • Page specialty providers as needed, facilitating seamless communication and care.
  • Prepare letters and notes requiring provider signatures, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Schedule patient appointments, retrieving urgent medical records as necessary.
  • Order and stock clinic supplies, maintaining a well-stocked and organized environment.
  • Participate in committee and quality improvement activities, contributing to our commitment to excellence in patient care.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced patient-focused environment.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to all clinics as staffing needs change.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Background check and drug testing in compliance with Washington State Bill 5123.
  • Current COVID booster and flu immunizations, as well as other immunization requirements.
