Mid-Market Customer Success Director

As a Principal Customer Success Manager, you will play a critical role in achieving this goal, working closely with upper Mid-market customers to drive long-term growth and success. The ideal candidate has experience managing customer relationships through Salesforce, Gainsight, or similar CRMs, as well as using email marketing platforms and E-Commerce platforms.
The job requires a trusted advisor who can build strong relationships with customers and executives, drive executive stakeholder alignment, and devise strategies to increase email and SMS revenue for all customers. The ideal candidate has a track record of finding creative solutions to unique problems, thrives in challenging situations, and wants to apply these skills to solve for customers using our software.
The estimated base salary for this role is $116,000 — $174,000 USD based on industry standards and location. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, health savings accounts, flexible spending accounts, 401(k), flexible paid time off, and company-paid holidays.
