Client Relations Specialist in Insurance

The Client Relations Specialist in Insurance is dedicated to delivering exceptional service to both prospective and current clients. Primary Responsibilities
- Delivers tailored, professional customer service experiences by fostering trust and cultivating strong client relationships.
- Addresses client inquiries related to coverage options, billing, claims, or products by adhering to established agency protocols.
- Facilitates modifications to existing accounts and policies.
- Acts as an intermediary on behalf of clients between the agency and various business partners.
- Coordinates appointments with current or potential clients for agency personnel.
Required Qualifications
- Possession of an active insurance license is mandatory.
- Proven experience in customer service.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficient in PC software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and Internet Explorer.
- Solid understanding of basic mathematical concepts.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and daily responsibilities to achieve agency-set objectives.
