Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Greet guests with a warm and welcoming smile, using positive and clear communication to ensure a smooth check-in process.
  • Process guest registrations, including inputting and retrieving information from our computer system, confirming room rates and numbers, and promoting our hotel's amenities and services.
  • Verify and imprint credit cards for authorization, handle cash and make change, and balance the house bank.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with our housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are clean and well-maintained.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you are equipped to provide exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Hotel experience preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to stand and move throughout the front office, with a focus on providing exceptional guest experiences.
