We are seeking a skilled sales professional to grow our business development efforts in the healthcare industry. As a key member of our team, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strong relationships with clients, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell and promote our staffing solutions to new and existing clients.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our target markets and client needs.
  • Bid on new business opportunities and develop strategies to win deals.
  • Manage and close sales leads, resulting in new revenue streams.
  • Maintain accurate sales data and reports, tracking progress toward goals.

Our estimated annual salary range is $90,000 - $125,000, depending on experience. We also offer bonus opportunities, commission pay, and benefits such as 401(k) matching, cell phone reimbursement, and health insurance.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • 4+ years of sales experience in a quota-driven environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with sales software and technology.
