Komline-Haselden is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer - Process Solutions to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to identify new business opportunities and expand our reach in existing markets.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales engineering, with experience in capital equipment sales and process design. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to identify new business opportunities and expand our reach in existing markets
  • Working closely with customers to understand their technology selection process and develop solutions that meet their needs
  • Coordinating application equipment sizing and proposal process
  • Developing key account strategies to assure competitive position and maximize order intake

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of experience selling capital equipment/turnkey projects and developing process designs/scopes of work for equipment/piping installations
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or equivalent combination of a related discipline and experience
  • Demonstrated track record of revenue growth or new market development
  • Experience in pre-contract, application engineering, post contract project engineering, mechanical design, parts, post-sale cycle

Estimated Salary: $130,000 per year
