Position Summary

The Insurance Sales Consultant plays a crucial role in guiding clients through the process of purchasing final expense life insurance. This involves educating them on the nuances of final expense policies, identifying the most suitable products for their unique situations, and delivering an exceptional customer experience in an industry that can often be convoluted and slow to evolve.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging potential clients through various communication channels, including calls, emails, and text messages.
  • Providing comprehensive information about Ethos Life's offerings and procedures.
  • Conducting thorough needs assessments to tailor our solutions to individual client requirements.
  • Building trust and rapport with clients to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Collaborating with colleagues across sales, marketing, customer service, and product development to meet team objectives.
  • Managing a customer pipeline and ensuring timely follow-ups throughout the application and purchasing phases.
  • Continuously refining outreach strategies and workflows for improved efficiency.
  • Encouraging referrals by creating positive customer interactions.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in final expense life insurance telesales.
  • Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Proven sales success with the ability to address customer objections effectively.
  • Bilingual candidates in English and Spanish are strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Ability to identify customer pain points and propose effective solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills and adaptability to change.
  • Driven to succeed with a strong desire to excel.
  • Quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone.
  • Passionate about providing outstanding customer service.
