Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a knowledge management strategy that aligns with business objectives
  • Create, update, and curate content in our knowledge base, including technical documentation, FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and best practices
  • Collaborate with IT engineers, system administrators, and other stakeholders to capture relevant information
  • Ensure that knowledge articles are organized logically and tagged appropriately for easy retrieval
  • Generate, monitor, and analyze knowledge usage metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Train team members on knowledge management processes and tools
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices
  • Develop organizational Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
Requirements:
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint
  • Exceptional attention to detail; excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong organizational skills; critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
  • Must have active Top Secret clearance with SCI or TS with the ability to acquire SCI
  • Minimum Education: High School Diploma
  • Minimum Years of Experience: 5+ years of related experience
  • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field; Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity concepts; IT certifications (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA, Cisco)

Amentum offers a competitive salary range of $120K to $135K, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance, 401k plan, and performance discretionary bonus opportunities.
