Job Description

At TechGuard Security, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Records Management Specialist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our records management program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct technical editing of reports and briefs to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Provide end-user support and perform complex administrative duties to ensure seamless operations.
  • Coordinate, plan, and organize significant events, including obtaining space and necessary materials and equipment.
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of read-ahead materials and briefings for various audiences.
  • Administer and manage manpower, personnel, and staffing programs.
  • Draft, review, and edit executive-level correspondence and other written materials.
  • Assist with command awards and decorations program, reviewing and editing to meet Command standards.
  • Assist with command travel management program.
  • Track formal USCYBERCOM task items and reports status.
  • Prepare staff task responses for final review and submission to leadership and USCYBERCOM.
  • Exhibit a thorough understanding of the DOD records management program, records management instructions, regulations, policies, directives, and procedures.
  • Develop and deliver records management briefings to inform Command personnel on record management policies and procedures.
  • Initiate action to accomplish analytical and administrative duties involved in the development, implementation, and administration of the Command's records management program.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience as a Records Management Specialist.
  • Minimum of High School Diploma.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communications skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and various database software packages.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, manage, and carry out duties efficiently and within established timeframes.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently without supervision and in a collaborative group.
  • Working knowledge of administering an electronic document management system in SharePoint.

Clearance Requirements: TS/SCI with CI Poly level security clearance required.
