Job Title: Inside Sales Account Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Account Manager to join our team at McGraw-Hill Education. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and supporting a designated territory and customer base to attain and surpass sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive sales growth and expand market penetration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
  • Utilize strong communication and negotiation skills to close deals effectively.
  • Perform targeted customer outreach by phone and email to build and maintain the pipeline.
  • Develop and execute strategic territory plans to drive sales growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 3 years' education and/or sales experience required.
  • Microsoft software skills: Outlook and PowerPoint (basic), Word and Excel (intermediate), Salesforce CRM.
  • Proven ability to organize daily tasks effectively, manage time efficiently, and complete work without external distractions.

Compensation:

The pay for this position is $45,000-$70,000 annually, with a sales commission plan provided as part of the compensation package. A full range of medical and/or other benefits will be offered, depending on the position.
