Job Overview

Peak Living is a leading provider of property management services with a strong presence in the United States. We are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Community Management Professional to join our team.

About the Position

The Assistant Community Management Professional will report directly to the Community Manager and will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of community operations. This includes supporting customer service and leasing responsibilities, participating in leasing and marketing efforts, and preparing paperwork specific to new and renewal leases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assists in supervising community associates.
  • Supports leasing and marketing efforts.
  • Prepares paperwork for new and renewal leases.

Requirements

  • A minimum of three years' experience in multi-family housing, hospitality, or similar.
  • CAM or ARM certification.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
