As a Direct Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing daily support and assistance to an individual with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily living tasks such as personal care and hygiene
  • Facilitate community participation and socialization
  • Monitor and manage medications

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving record
  • Experience working with individuals with I/DD preferred

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Hourly rate: $22.27/hour
  • Flexible scheduling with 10 hours/week
  • Independent Contractor position with 1099 tax form
