Community Operations Coordinator

Job Description:This position is responsible for assisting the property manager in all functions of asset management, including on-site accounting, marketing, and maintenance programs. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:- On-Site Accounting: Maintain accurate resident records, process all duties related to move-ins and move-outs, and submit required reports to corporate office on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Marketing and Maintenance: Assist with marketing efforts, coordinate maintenance programs, and ensure that all aspects of the property's maintenance are carried out efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in property management or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
