Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement community engagement strategies to promote resident satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with maintenance staff to ensure the property is well-maintained and complies with regulations.
  • Stay informed about affordable housing regulations and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local housing laws.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of affordable housing programs and regulations, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They should be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
