Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and passionate professional to fill the role of Affordable Housing Apartment Property Manager with our company, AGM Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our affordable housing properties, ensuring the well-being of residents, maintaining high occupancy rates, and upholding the standards of our community.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $45,000-$65,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and holidays.

Responsibilities

  1. Foster positive relationships with residents, address concerns, and provide exceptional customer service.
  2. Advertise available units, conduct property tours, and manage the leasing process to maintain high occupancy rates.
  3. Monitor and manage property budgets, rent collection, and expenses to ensure economic stability.
  4. Work closely with the Maintenance Technician to ensure the property is well-maintained and complies with regulations.
  5. Stay informed about affordable housing regulations and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local housing laws.
  6. Organize community events, workshops, and activities to enhance the sense of community among residents.
