About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled Staff Product Manager to join our Monetization team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for defining and executing the strategy for our monetization areas, including pricing, subscriptions, promotions, and billing. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver products and capabilities that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead teams to develop and implement monetization-focused initiatives, such as pricing, subscriptions, and promotions.
- Strengthen our monetization platform, which will store catalog prices and costs, perform bill computation, support discounts, promos, and credits, generate invoices, and reconcile and store financial data.
- Build a single source of truth for core revenue management entities: customers, contracts, products, prices, discounts, invoices.
- Grow PLG & SLG motions by building features to improve pricing, discounting, packaging & subscriptions.
- Develop billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable automation to enable Checkr to scale as we quickly grow revenue and number of accounts.
What You'll Bring:
- 7+ years of experience as a PM, with a strong background in Enterprise/SaaS companies.
- Excellent commercial skills and attention to detail.
- Proven track record leading a high-performance environment.
- Strong technical background to enable you to contribute meaningful features.

At Checkr, we believe in a hybrid work environment that strengthens collaboration, drives innovation, and encourages connection. Our hub locations are Denver, CO, San Francisco, CA, and Santiago, Chile. Individuals are expected to work from the office 2 to 3 days a week. In-office perks include lunch four times a week, a commuter stipend, and an abundance of snacks and beverages.
One of Checkr's core values is Transparency. We've made the decision to disclose salary ranges in all of our job postings. We use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop ranges for our roles, and each location may have a different range. If this role is remote, we've listed the top to the bottom of the possible range, but we'll specify the target range for an exact location when you're selected for a recruiting discussion.
The base salary range for this role is $199,254 to $269,578 in San Francisco, CA.
