About the Role

In this role as a Staff Product Manager on the Monetization team, you will focus on delivering products and capabilities that drive revenue growth for Checkr. You will define and execute the strategy for our monetization areas, including pricing, subscriptions, promotions, and billing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead teams to work on Monetization focused initiatives, including pricing, subscriptions, promotions, and billing.
  • Strengthen our monetization platform, which will store catalog prices and costs, perform bill computation, support discounts, promos, and credits, generate invoices, and reconcile and store financial data.
  • Build a single source of truth for core revenue management entities: customers, contracts, products, prices, discounts, invoices.
  • Grow PLG & SLG motions by building features to improve pricing, discounting, packaging & subscriptions.
  • Develop billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable automation to enable Checkr to scale as we quickly grow revenue and number of accounts.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience as a PM, with experience in Enterprise/SaaS companies.
  • Strong technical background to enable you to contribute meaningful features.
  • Excellent commercial skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven track record leading a hands-on, high-performance environment.

At Checkr, we believe a hybrid work environment strengthens collaboration, drives innovation, and encourages connection. Our hub locations are Denver, CO, San Francisco, CA, and Santiago, Chile. Individuals are expected to work from the office 2 to 3 days a week. In-office perks are provided, such as lunch four times a week, a commuter stipend, and an abundance of snacks and beverages.

We use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop ranges for our roles and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range. If this role is remote, we have listed the top to the bottom of the possible range, but we will specify the target range for an exact location when you are selected for a recruiting discussion. The base salary range for this role is $199,254 to $269,578 in San Francisco, CA.
