Staff Operations Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Program Manager to join our Monetization team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving strategic cross-functional projects that have the potential for impact across the entire organization.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic guidance and execution support for initiatives aimed at enhancing platform capabilities or addressing key challenges.
- Help keep the Monetization leadership team connected with other internal stakeholders, building strong relationships and ensuring alignment on goals and priorities.
- Identify where processes can be improved, and take the initiative to improve them, end-to-end.
- Evaluate and help prioritize growth opportunities, including new products, features and segments, with clear structure and analytical rigor.
- Represent Monetization in cross-functional projects and discussions, advocating for support and resources as needed.
- Collaborate with finance teams to manage budgets, optimize spending, and identify opportunities for efficiency and/or investment.
- Understand, interface and work closely with recruiting and people orgs to evaluate and nurture healthy, cooperative engineering teams.
- Use your strong written and verbal communication skills to help develop communications adapted to widely varied stakeholders.
- 6+ years of related work experience, particularly in Program Management, Product management, Finance, Business planning or Operations roles.
- Passion for execution and getting things done.
- Demonstration of good judgment and ability to influence without authority across functions in complex organizations.
- Strong analytical abilities, to develop data-driven proposals, create and/or monitor metrics, and identify growth opportunities.
- Strong written, verbal communication skills and comfort in communicating nuanced, and often technical, concepts to internal stakeholders or external partners.
- Ability to influence teams & drive alignment among multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in creating and driving efficient processes at scale.
