Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have an Associates degree and 3-5 years of experience in office administration, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and documentation.
  • Perform clerical tasks such as drafting letters, memos, and reports, as well as maintaining records and performing basic bookkeeping.
  • Respond to client and family inquiries, and collaborate with other departments to complete office functions.
  • Assist with planning and organizing corporate events, and maintain confidentiality and prioritizing sensitive matters.
