Administrative Coordinator

Advanced Behavioral Health, Inc. is seeking a skilled Administrative Coordinator to provide high-level administrative support to the CEO in our Frederick, MD office location.
Job OverviewThe ideal candidate will have an Associates degree and 3-5 years of experience in office administration, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
We offer competitive compensation ranging from $60,000 to $80,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision coverage options, 401(k) retirement plan, and paid holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and documentation.
- Perform clerical tasks such as drafting letters, memos, and reports, as well as maintaining records and performing basic bookkeeping.
- Respond to client and family inquiries, and collaborate with other departments to complete office functions.
- Assist with planning and organizing corporate events, and maintain confidentiality and prioritizing sensitive matters.
