Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Provide administrative support to leaders in Marketing and Communications, and Enterprise Project Management departments.
  • Maintain electronic corporate records, contractual agreements, and other related documents.
  • Reconcile monthly credit card statements for department leaders and ensure invoices are processed timely.
  • Assist with special projects as needed, maintain necessary records, and create project archives upon completion.
  • Operate, monitor, and coordinate maintenance of agency equipment as needed.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
