Manager of Financial Systems - SAP Analytics Cloud

Location: Hybrid

Compensation: Base Salary + Bonus + Long-term Incentive

This role presents an exceptional opportunity for a Financial Systems expert with experience in SAP BPC or SAP Analytics Cloud to join a dynamic and rapidly expanding organization.

The company is embarking on a comprehensive SAP Cloud implementation that encompasses both ERP and EPM. In this position, you will assume responsibility for the EPM platform, specifically SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), from a functional standpoint. Working within the Finance department, you will spearhead the implementation and integration of SAC across Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A).

Your collaboration with the Finance team will be crucial in establishing and refining solutions and processes primarily within the SAP environment. This essential role requires you to provide expert advice on transactional workflows and system protocols within SAP, with an emphasis on planning aspects such as sales, cost of goods sold (COGS), capital projects, operating expenses, and workforce management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the deployment and enhancement of SAC / S4 HANA solutions and processes across various markets as they are rolled out.
  • Plan and manage all implementation deliverables within established timelines for project portfolios and enhancements.
  • Support the design, construction, testing, data migration, and change management initiatives for SAP S/4 HANA.
  • Create high-quality, succinct project documentation, user training materials, and support resources in diverse formats.
  • Oversee system operational duties such as data integrity assessments, system configurations, and related activities.
  • Conduct system and process demonstrations, training sessions, and conceptual presentations to educate and empower the user community.
  • Promptly address user issues, either directly or in collaboration with support teams.
  • Work closely with finance operations and supply chain teams to assess system application security, enhancement needs, and process improvements.
  • Identify and develop use cases, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and comprehensive test scripts for UAT and integration testing.
  • Ensure accurate process flows and address operational requirements throughout the implementation phases.
  • Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for finance operations system processes.
  • Provide regular updates on progress to SAP and business leadership.
  • Adhere to internal and cross-functional deadlines to ensure timely completion of responsibilities.
